You are solely responsible for the reviews, comments, and profile information you post. Energy Level maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, abusive behavior, and harassment. Defamation, hate speech, bullying, explicit material, spam, and abusive conduct are strictly prohibited.

3. Content Moderation, Reporting & User Blocking

To protect our community, Energy Level utilizes automated AI moderation, keyword filters, and human administration. Users can immediately report any objectionable review using the in-app report button and block any user directly from their profile page. Content that violates our standards will be removed promptly, and offending accounts will be permanently suspended or terminated.

The information provided on Energy Level regarding caffeine, sugar, and ingredients is for informational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice. Please consume energy drinks responsibly and consult a healthcare professional regarding your caffeine tolerance and dietary needs.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account (which is linked to your Apple or Google login). You must not impersonate other users or share your account.

6. Platform Moderation & Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban any account that violates these terms with zero tolerance for abusive users.
