How the Drink Detector works

Take a photo of an energy drink can or upload one, and the Drink Detector compares it with the cans in the Energy Level catalog using visual AI. When it finds a confident match, it opens the drink's page with its caffeine and sugar content, flavors and community rating.

Tips for a reliable match

  • Photograph the front of the can so the logo and flavor name are visible.
  • Let the can fill most of the frame.
  • Use even lighting and avoid strong reflections.

What if my drink is not found?

The detector recognizes drinks that are already in the catalog. If yours is missing, add it with "Submit a New Drink" at the bottom of the page so the community can start rating it.
